Jake's care package arrived!

The care package that we sent Jake finally arrived. It's so nice to see all the stuff we sent surrounding him with our love. The flannel blanket I made looks ten times better with him on it. In one picture, he is modeling his new diapers. Too Funny! I sent all preemie clothes and was worried that they would be too small. I guess not.
